Job summary

Fujitsu Limited seeks an SAP PS - Functional Consultant to join our team and work across multiple locations in the country. The role focuses on SAP Project System master data, WBS structures, and integration with FI/CO modules within S/4HANA.

You will drive cost/revenue planning, data migrations, and reporting through results analysis. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of SAP PS experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration to optimize SAP processes

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Project System master data, Project Definitions, and WBS structures in S/4 HANA.
• Experience configuring and maintaining SAP PS master and transactional data, incl. Project Definitions and WBS in S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of Results Analysis and financial concepts for project cost/revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP PS master data and transactional data, incl. Project Definitions and WBS in S/4 HANA.
• Assist in data migration projects related to SAP PS.
• Support project cost and revenue analysis with effective Results Analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize FI/CO, SD, PM, and HR interfaces.
• Engage in cost and revenue planning activities within SAP PS, including CO Versions and Value categories.
• Implement Results Analysis and generate hierarchy reports for cost/revenue tracking.
• Understand CATS and HR functionalities; provide guidance during implementation.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams through the lifecycle.
• Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize SAP PS solutions.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills; maintain budget information systems.
