Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions within EY's SAP services. You will analyze business models, capture requirements, and ensure architecture aligns with strategic goals.

You will lead delivery streams, supervise teams, and work with clients to translate requirements into actionable SAP configurations and integrations. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–6 years of SAP Project Systems experience with knowledge of other SAP Finance modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Project Systems leading practices and familiarity with related modules.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Oversee professional staff or teams to deliver complex technical initiatives; maintain billable client charging.
