Job summary

EY offers a dynamic Technology Business Analyst Manager role focused on bridging business needs with SAP-based technical solutions. You’ll lead the translation of requirements into specifications, align technology with goals, and guide delivery across complex SAP projects.

This position emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and a hybrid delivery model. The role requires SAP Project Systems expertise, strong communication, and a proactive, travel-ready mindset to support clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4 to 6 years of SAP Project Systems experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream.
Hybrid onshore/offshore delivery experience desirable.
Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries.
Experience with SAP modules: Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, etc.
SAP certification: C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
Experience with three full cycle implementations.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and solutions.
Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with risk focus.
Maintain client charging and lead delivery streams; travel may be required.
