Job summary

FULCRUM Consulting GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der die erfolgreiche Durchführung von SAP Cloud ERP-Projekten leitet. Sie planen und steuern komplexe SAP-Transformationsprojekte und arbeiten eng mit internationalen Projektteams zusammen.

Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit und haben starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Die Stelle bietet 100% Remote-Arbeit und flexible Arbeitszeiten in einem dynamischen Team.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT- oder ERP-Projekten, vorzugsweise im SAP-Umfeld.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in internationalen Rollouts und globaler Zusammenarbeit.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (Zertifizierungen IPMA, PMI, PRINCE).
• Hohe Eigenorganisation, Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).
• Reisebereitschaft.

Deine Aufgaben

• Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung komplexer SAP-Transformationsprojekte für unsere globalen Kunden
• Leitung und Umsetzung von SAP Cloud ERP-Implementierungen und -Rollouts gemäß SAP Activate und führenden Projektmanagement-Standards wie z. B. IPMA
• Durchführung von „Fit-to-Standard“-Workshops, Koordination von Tests mit ALM sowie Unterstützung bei Go‑Lives
• Sicherstellung von Budget, Zeitplan und Qualität sowie Management von Risiken und Änderungen
• Erstellung von Projektplänen, Risikologs, Statusberichten und Entscheidungsdokumenten
• Unterstützung von Presales‑Aktivitäten, einschließlich Aufwandsschätzung und Projektkonzeption

Deine Herausforderungen

• Deine Fähigkeiten einsetzen, um Kundenerwartungen vorwegzunehmen und dich als Beratungsexperte zu etablieren
• Steuerung von Transformationsprojekten einschließlich Ressourcenmanagement (intern, global und extern) sowie Projektcontrolling im SAP‑Umfeld für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Regionen
• Führung internationaler Projektteams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Near‑ und Offshore‑Einheiten
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Begleitung durch deren Transformation

Zusammenarbeit

• SAP-Berater, Solution Architects und Experten aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen
• SAP-Ansprechpartner aus den Bereichen Implementierung und Release‑Management
• Kundenseitige Projektmanager, Key User und Führungsteams

Was du mitbringen solltest

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT‑ oder ERP‑Projekten, vorzugsweise im SAP‑Umfeld
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in internationalen Rollouts und globaler Zusammenarbeit
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (Zertifizierungen IPMA, PMI, PRINCE) – in Kombination mit SAP Activate von Vorteil
• Hohe Eigenorganisation, Belastbarkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Vergütung

Diese Position kann sowohl in Österreich als auch in Deutschland besetzt werden. Für Österreich gilt: Das Mindestgehalt beträgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Information und Consulting 3.599,52 € brutto/Monat (Verwendungsgruppe IV). Das tatsächliche Angebot richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung – eine entsprechende Überzahlung sowie leistungsabhängige Boni sind vorgesehen. Für Deutschland erfolgt die Vergütung marktgerecht und wird individuell vereinbart.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the successful delivery of our SAP Cloud ERP projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning, leading and managing complex SAP transformation projects for our global clients
• Managing and delivering SAP Cloud ERP implementations and rollouts using SAP Activate and leading Project Management standards e.g. IPMA
• Organizing “fit to standard” workshops, coordinating tests with ALM and supporting go-lives
• Ensuring budget, schedule and quality as well as managing risks and changes
• Creating project plans, risk logs, status reports and decision documents

Your Challenges

• Using your skills to anticipate client expectations and establish yourself as a consulting expert
• Managing transformation projects, including resource management (internal, global and external) and project controlling in the SAP environment for clients across various industries and geographies
• Leading international project teams and working closely with near- and offshore units
• Being the single point of contact for our clients and guiding them through their transformation.

Collaboration

• SAP consultants, soltion architects and experts in various domains
• SAP contacts involved in implementation and release management
• Customer project managers, key users and leadership teams

What You Should Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT or ERP projects, preferably in the SAP ecosystem
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Excellent knowledge with international rollouts and global collaboration
• Excellent knowledge in project management (certifications IPMA, PMI, PRINCE) - combined with SAP activate would be an advantage
• High degree of self-organization, resilience and structured working style
• Business-fluent in English and German (at least C1 level)
• Willingness to travel

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or SAP Cloud ERP projects
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement)
• Basic technical understanding of integration scenarios and cloud architectures
• Interest in building internal standards and contributing to organizational development
• Ability to guide customers through complex decisions confidently and solution-oriented

What you will love about us

This position can be filled in either Austria or Germany. For Austria: the minimum salary in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for employees in Information and Consulting is € 3.599,52 gross/month (job classification group IV). The actual offer is based on qualifications and experience — an appropriate salary above the minimum as well as performance-based bonuses are provided. For Germany, compensation is market-competitive and individually negotiated.
