While most of our collaboration happens online, we are part of international projects, so occasional business travel to client sites (within or outside the EU) may be required.
Role & responsibilities:
- Working in our SAP Consulting Department as an implementation project manager
- Being accountable for all aspects of project management, including scope definition, requirements gathering, detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling, risk management through to successful launch and post-go live adoption
- Defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle
- Managing project phases from initiation through planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, formal closing, and preparing for Post-Project Review
- Coordinating workstreams between functional consultants, developers, and business users
- Facilitating communication between project stakeholders, including C-level representatives
- Organizing and leading project workshops, meetings, and steering committees
- Monitoring progress and proactively addressing issues or roadblocks
- Collaborating with teams on effort estimation and resourcing during presales phases
- Seeking new solutions proactively and taking initiative in process improvements
- Providing support with your experience to other project managers in overcoming project impediment and ensuring high-quality team communication
- The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approximately up to 20-40% of your time
What is expected of you:
- Approximately 8 years of overall project management experience, including at least 4 years of leading SAP ERP implementation projects, with astrong track record of applying structured project methodologies
- Successful leadership of at least 2 end-to-end SAP ERP implementations, preferably within TM, EWM, WM, GTS, SD, MM, or logistics/supply chain modules
- Experience across all phases of project delivery: from scoping, blueprinting, and estimation to execution, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
- Solid understanding of the SAP ERP ecosystem, including project documentation, implementation methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate), and integration across modules and business areas
- Business process knowledge in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing domains
- Ability to manage both functional and technical teams in distributed and international environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into delivery plans and effectively engage with stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Experience supporting presales activities, such as effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with adetail-oriented, solution-focused, and collaborative approach to team and project management
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level) – must have
- Active Category B driving license – must have
Nice to have:
- Project management certifications or higher education in this field will be an asset
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP systems and external platforms
- Proficiency in German at abusiness level would be an advantage
