Job summary

IntVerse Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation and enhancement programs for a manufacturing client. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across SAP ECC and related enterprise applications, with a clear line of sight to the client’s S/4HANA roadmap.

This is a hybrid role based in Reno, Nevada. You will drive governance, manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risks, and coordinate global teams across business and IT.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years SAP delivery experience, including ≥5 years in project/program management.
• SAP ECC implementations, rollouts, upgrades or enhancements
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Experience managing global, geographically distributed teams
• Expertise in project planning tools and governance frameworks
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program and project delivery across ECC and connected enterprise applications
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Drive governance - steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive updates
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business teams across global locations
• Plan and manage cutover, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support
• Partner with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing objectives
• Support S/4HANA assessment, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives
• Uphold project management methodology and quality standards throughout delivery
