Job summary

Infosys Limited, Life Sciences unit, seeks a Package Project Lead 2 in the United States to manage ERP/AMS delivery engagements for major life sciences clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, control scope, schedule, and budget, and lead risk management while building strong client relationships across onsite and offshore resources.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and continual process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Transition & Hypercare Management

• Lead project-to-AMS transition activities.
• Ensure service acceptance criteria, KT completion, documentation readiness, and stabilization support.
• Coordinate hypercare and post go-live support activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze service trends and recurring issues.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and problem management initiatives.
• Reduce incident volume and improve service quality and customer experience.
• Support AMS maturity and transformation programs.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
