Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) professional to manage SAP projects, capitalization, and reporting for small capital projects across North America. The role emphasizes coordination with project engineers, accounting, and procurement to ensure alignment with safety and regulatory standards.

Hybrid work schedules are available, with opportunities to support Hydrogen and Air Separation Unit facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP and SAP Project Systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication abilities.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor SAP projects and capital budgets; route project approvals.
• Support project accounting, WIP, and capital asset processes.
• Maintain site cost and organizational data for regions.
• Provide training and guidance to resources within the PROS group.
• Collaborate with engineers, management, and contractors to ensure safety and compliance.
