Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP and financial project controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
• Good communication with cross-functional teams and management.
• Basic accounting principles and cost tracking awareness.
• High ethical standards with focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create assigned SAP project, route Capital Project Request, and monitor for approval.
• Submit Capitalizations as directed on monthly WIP report and provide status updates.
• Submit Capital Asset Disposal Requests and monitor for approval.
• Create capital project cost reports and close SAP project structures.
• Support project accounting and accounts payable to update projects and resolve issues.
• Provide training to new and existing resources within the group.
