Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA programs from planning through delivery. You will own governance, manage EPICS in JIRA, and coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP modules, ensuring on-time, within-scope outcomes and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will balance structured SAP methodologies with agile delivery, shaping release plans, PI events, and integration with legacy systems while driving continuous improvement across the SAP team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP project management experience (implementation, upgrade or support).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expert hands-on Jira use: board configuration, workflows, JQL, dashboards, and Confluence integration.

Responsibilities

• Play a role in governance defining and implementing a large-scale SAP S4 HANA program.
• Lead tactical activities and support overall strategic program objectives.
• Manage EPICS/Sub Epics/Features for the Product Group in JIRA.
• Assess issues, risks and opportunities; assist with resolution.
• Track scope changes and manage change control to prevent scope creep.
• Manage RAID logs and program-level CRAID, including change management processes.
• Support PI planning events and coordination for Product Teams and releases.
• Coordinate SAP ERP module integration with legacy/third-party systems.
• Oversee release activities, Cutover, testing cycles, and data readiness.
• Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including S/4HANA migrations and module deployments.
