Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 to drive SAP-based transformations in a global, manufacturing-focused setting. You will lead cross-functional teams across SAP modules, manage budgets and risks, and partner with executives to shape scope and outcomes.

You will guide ERP programs end-to-end, align delivery with strategic goals, and mentor teams through organizational change and go-to-market initiatives within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• SAP project/program management with a strong supply chain focus.
• Experience managing large SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across environments.
• Knowledge of SAP SCM modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes incl. procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill and Experience

• SAP project/program management, with a strong focus on supply chain implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

• Track project progress, KPIs, and milestone achievements.
• Provide regular status reports, risk updates, and executive summaries to senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms for transparent project tracking.
• Drive governance, compliance, and quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Customer Engagement

• Work closely with customer leadership teams to ensure expectation management and satisfaction.
• Support decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers during SAP transformation initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Mentor and guide project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
