Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking SAP Production & Warehouse Coordinators to fill temporary openings in Warren County for a global manufacturing company. These positions are ideal for candidates with SAP experience who have worked in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments and are looking to contribute to a fast-paced operation.

Primary Responsibilities

Production & Warehouse Support Roles

• Support daily production and warehouse operations using SAP
• Process inventory transactions and stock movements
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Perform warehouse transactions, including stock transfers and inventory adjustments
• Support production activities by ensuring materials are available when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to support daily operations

Day Shift Administrative Support Roles

• Create and release production process orders
• Monitor and respond to production-related emails
• Review, update, and manage production orders within SAP
• Assist with production scheduling and inventory coordination
• Support daily administrative activities for manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience using SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC is required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Working knowledge of inventory management and warehouse transactions
• Familiarity with stock requirements, stock overview, and production-related SAP processes
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with production teams

Pay: $22.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

Production Support Positions

• 1st Shift: 5:00am–1:30pm (1 Opening)
• 2nd Shift: 1:00pm–9:30pm (1 Opening)
• 3rd Shift: 9:00pm–5:30am (1 Opening)

Administrative Support Positions

• Day Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm (2 Openings)
