The opportunity

We seek a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team in the SAP Manufacturing domain within the Core Supply Chain team. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, using your SAP expertise to achieve improved outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops in manufacturing, gather requirements, and propose S/4 HANA best practices.
• Oversee offshore and onshore teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Demonstrate functional SAP Manufacturing capabilities and business acumen.
• Lead and deliver SAP projects or workstreams.
• Maintain high-quality client service, manage risks, and communicate progress.
• Build relationships with key client personnel.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP capabilities, and translate requirements into solutions, including configurations and integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years experience with SAP ERP/S/4 HANA, especially in Production Planning (PP).
• Proven leadership in project delivery within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams in manufacturing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience leading project teams.
• SAP Certifications in Manufacturing or related modules.
• Experience with SAP QM, EHS, PP/DS, MRP Live.
• Participation in full SAP PP/QM implementations in S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud and PEO.
