Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements translating into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong process and solution management skills with an emphasis on quality and risk management. Ability to research and apply best practices to drive innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions and complete configurations or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in methods and criteria for results.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing, including knowledge of production strategies like Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order, Overhead Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, and integration points with other modules.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams, with familiarity in hybrid delivery models.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Product Costing best practices, configurations, and functionalities, including Material Ledger, Costing Variants, Results Analysis, and Parallel Ledgers.
• Familiarity with SAP Security roles related to Management Accounting.
• Proficiency with SAP FICO, PP, or MM modules.
• Ability to research client inquiries, develop functional specifications, and configure systems.
• Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and emotional agility skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience.
• SAP certifications (e.g., P_S4FIN).
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Additional SAP finance certifications.
• Experience in accounting departments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
