Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP Controlling experience with focus on Product Costing.
• Experience with make-to-stock/make-to-order costing is a plus.
• Strong written/verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Knowledge of Product Costing practices and tools within SAP.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects and client engagements.
• Oversee teams and maintain billable client charging; ensure risk management and process improvements.
• Ensure architecture aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
