Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years of SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing.
• Experience with Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order costing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams with hybrid delivery.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive process improvement and innovation across SAP projects.
• Manage and supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams.
