The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be vital in designing and delivering system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships.
• Overseeing program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Managing and delivering high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
• Implementing continuous process improvements and leveraging best practices.
• Supervising teams and maintaining billable client work, leading delivery streams, and engaging with clients daily.
• Delivering SAP projects or workstreams, researching client inquiries, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Strong technical skills in application design and business requirements definition.
• Analyzing and mapping technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Designing system configuration and understanding business architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing and negotiating.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Knowledge of related modules like Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Accounts Payable is advantageous.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream and conducting solution design workshops.
• Willingness to travel up to 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
