The opportunity

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions, focusing on quality and risk management. Your role involves problem-solving and analytical skills, growing your expertise in technology analysis and implementation. Responsibilities include:

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Managing high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with risk management focus.
• Driving process improvements, innovation, and best practices.
• Supervising teams to achieve technical initiatives, maintaining billable client work, leading delivery streams, and engaging with clients daily.
• Leading SAP projects or workstreams, including client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and emerging technologies.
• Strong technical skills in application design and business requirements.
• Analyzing and mapping technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• At least 5 full SAP lifecycle implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Accounts Payable advantageous.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream and conducting solution design workshops.
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Consulting industry experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 5+ SAP lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
