The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Responsibilities include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives, maintain billable client hours, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients. Travel may be required based on client needs.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Your tasks include requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow completion, documentation, and functional design. You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, configuring and integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen. Ability to quickly learn new knowledge.
• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, configure, test, document, and design functional solutions.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and related business processes.
• Cross-functional knowledge (Sales, Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable) is a plus.
• Led Procure-to-Pay workstream, solution design workshops, and proof of concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
