As a Manager in Technology Business Analysis, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, analyzing models and processes to ensure system architecture aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities include managing projects, leading teams, and maintaining client relationships, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience
• At least 3 SAP full lifecycle implementations, including SAP S/4HANA

• Strong communication and client service skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from $141,200 to $294,300 depending on location and experience. Benefits include health coverage, pension, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
