The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to deliver impactful solutions, combining our expertise across tax, assurance, transactions, and risk management. As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions, analyzing models and processes to ensure system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

Skills and Attributes for Success

You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, architect solutions, and oversee configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong technical capabilities and business acumen are essential, along with experience leading SAP projects and workshops.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of related experience
• At least 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream and solution design workshops
• Strong communication skills and ability to research industry and technological trends
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience
• SAP Certifications
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on Procure to Pay
