The SAP Process Manager acts as a strategic partner to optimize operational and supply chain performance by leveraging expertise in SAP modules and business processes. This role bridges IT and operations, focusing on process improvement, SAP solution development, and supporting seamless integration across business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance business processes in production, operations, and supply chain, implementing best practices using SAP functionalities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP specifications, designing solutions that align with industry standards.
• Oversee project activities such as testing, training, and deployment to ensure timely and successful SAP initiative delivery.
• Coordinate integration and user acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet business needs across multiple teams and systems.
• Deliver expert support for complex SAP operational issues, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions to maintain continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless business process integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators using SAP reporting tools and analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead master data standards development, oversee mass updates and configuration, and provide custom reporting and data mining support.

• Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), or Supply Chain Management (SCM); customization experience is a plus.
