Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent; 12 years of experience can substitute.
• 5+ years in application analysis or project delivery roles.
• Deep knowledge of SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing and Quality Management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MM/PP design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, upgrade, and improve manufacturing applications.
• Serve as primary support contact for end users and resolve issues.
• Lead configuration, development, testing, and implementation of changes.
• Support SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management capabilities.
• Analyze processes to identify workflow and technology improvements.
• Create and maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Estimate scope, schedules, and quality expectations for projects.
• Mentor analysts and coordinate complex projects.
• Provide end-user production support and track issues.
