Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP consultant to lead complex ERP programs in manufacturing. You will define architecture, drive integration between SAP PP/QM and MES, and oversee large-scale data migrations to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Area Of Responsibility

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• SAP functional consulting experience with deep hands‑on expertise in SAP PP and QM; experience level may be calibrated to the organization’s role framework.
• Demonstrated leadership on at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, or transformation programs across design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Solid manufacturing process expertise in complex discrete manufacturing, with the ability to connect business operations to SAP process and configuration decisions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of PP master data, planning, production execution, capacity, order management, confirmations, material movements, and manufacturing integration.
• Hands‑on knowledge of QM master data and core processes, including inspections, results recording, usage decisions, defects, notifications, certificates, and quality analytics.
• Practical experience integrating SAP PP with MES or shop‑floor systems and managing functional requirements for bidirectional production execution interfaces.
• Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, decision framing, conflict resolution, written communication, and executive‑level presentation skills.
• Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience, including high‑complexity products, configuration control, serial/batch traceability, quality documentation, nonconformance, and supplier quality processes.
• Experience with engineer‑to‑order, project manufacturing, long‑cycle production, make‑to‑order, defense or government program environments, or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence, or comparable MES integration patterns.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Signavio or process modeling, fit‑to‑standard delivery, Clean Core principles, and transformation governance.
• Exposure to Advanced Planning and Scheduling, embedded EWM, Product Costing, Project Systems, PLM/engineering integration, Fiori, analytics, and data migration.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000
In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
