Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to drive SAP PPDS and S4HANA-based ERP initiatives in the United States. You will participate in requirements gathering, design solution architecture, and customize ERP modules to meet business needs.

You will develop features, perform integration work, and ensure security and regulatory compliance while delivering thorough documentation and training for users.

Qualifications

• Experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting and Architecture/Design of Processes.
• Minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end-to-end implementation completed.
• Knowledge on WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in PPDS/PP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications.
• Assist in customizing ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features, conduct code reviews, maintain codebase.
• Configure interfaces and ETL processes for ERP integrations.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team:

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

Required Skill and Experience

Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Experience in SAP PPDS or SAP PP Skills
• Strong experience in S4HANA SAP PPDS and Production Planning and Execution experience in configuring and customizing the processes of Material Requirement Planning, Variant Configuration, Production Master Data, Production Execution, Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing, Inventory Management
• Should have done minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end to end Implementation
• i. Knowledge on WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in PPDS/PP
• ii. SAP PP Integration knowledge with sales, Finance, procurement and SCM(APO) modules.
• Experience with
• SAP product certifications are a plus. Automobile Industry / project is a plus

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
