Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly experienced SAP PP/MRP Solution Consultant for an onsite, 2-month engagement in Campbellsville, KY. The consultant will assess current planning processes, identify root causes of material shortages, and recommend process, configuration, and development improvements.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP ECC Production Planning, MRP, ATP, and planned order scheduling, including BAPI-based automation and validation of shortage reporting

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC PP, MRP, and ATP configuration.
• Expertise in MRP Groups, MRP1-MRP4 views, Lead Time Scheduling, OPPR/OPPJ settings.
• Deep understanding of Full vs. Partial Confirmation Logic and component availability checks (MDVP).
• Extensive knowledge of planned order firming behavior and scheduling constraints.
• Ability to evaluate configuration, process, and custom development solutions, including BAPI-based automation.
• Experience validating shortage reporting logic against SAP confirmation and commitment calculations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in MD04, MD11, MD12, and exception message analysis.

Responsibilities
