Job summary

FCS Software Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP ePPDS Functional Consultant for a remote role focused on Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling within global manufacturing contexts. The role requires 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.

You will lead fit-gap workshops, design solutions, and drive SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare while supporting SAP-to-Kinaxis integrations where applicable.

Position: SAP ePPDS Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Experience: 8+ years SAP functional consulting

Implementations: Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations

Primary Skill: SAP ePPDS Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling

Industry Preferred: CPG / Manufacturing / Paper Products / Personal Care

Top Must-Haves

• Strong hands-on SAP ePPDS implementation and support experience.
• Expertise in Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity/Resource Planning, Heuristics, Finite & Constraint-Based Scheduling, Production/Process Orders, and Campaign Planning.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience with integration across PP, MM, EWM, QM, SD and FI/CO.
• Ability to read/debug ABAP, troubleshoot custom programs, interfaces and enhancements; coding is not required.
• Experience with CIF, master data, ERP/planning interfaces and manufacturing execution integration.
• Strong experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, solution design, FDDs, testing (SIT/UAT/regression), deployment and hypercare.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing/supply-chain environments.
• Strong Plus: Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation experience, especially Supply/Production/Inventory Planning and SAP-to-Kinaxis integrations.
• Ideal Candidate: Senior SAP ePPDS functional consultant with strong manufacturing planning expertise who can independently lead solution design and implementation while working closely with business, SAP functional and ABAP technical teams.

Top Must-Haves SAP ePPDS

• 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong hands-on SAP ePPDS expertise.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations involving Production Planning, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong experience with ePPDS Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling capacity/resource planning, heuristics, finite/constraint-based scheduling, production/process orders, and campaign planning.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA integration experience with SAP PP, MM, EWM, and QM.
• Ability to read/debug ABAP code and troubleshoot custom developments, interfaces, and enhancements — ABAP development/coding is not required.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, solution design, SIT/UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Kinaxis RapidResponse + SAP-to-Kinaxis integration experience is a strong plus, not mandatory.
