Qualifications and Experience

• Manufacturing/Automotive domain experience preferred
• Technical/Functional Skills
  • Experience implementing Production Planning solutions (SAP ePP/DS) in an Automotive or discrete manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 10+ years of implementing S/4HANA Production Planning and related planning solutions.
  • In-depth experience in SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (interactive planning, detailed scheduling, pegging, planning board, constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning, multi-level scheduling and sequencing).
  • Experience in Cross-Location Planning, automated responses to changes in planning, multi-level constraint-based production planning, sub-daily buckets, telescopic time buckets, time-dependent safety stock.
  • Knowledge of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Distribution Planning and Service Planning.
  • Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management) is desired.
  • Experience in Automotive manufacturing or repetitive manufacturing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams and levels of the organization.

• MUSTs: Independent performer with excellent communication skills; able to lead SAP PP/DS implementation
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented approach to achieve goals
