Job summary

UST is seeking a Project Manager with 10-15 years of IT/SAP experience to lead SAP PM and PP implementations, enhancements, rollouts, and support projects. You will drive governance, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and mentor teams across global delivery models.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on SAP manufacturing and maintenance process knowledge, strong stakeholder skills, and experience delivering complex SAP programs using Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
10-15 years of overall IT/SAP experience.
5+ years of project management experience leading SAP programs (PM/PP).
Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations with MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, EWM integrations.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Experience managing global teams and offshore/onshore delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP PM and PP projects across all phases from planning to hypercare.
Coordinate with stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and vendors.
Drive governance, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
