Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Coordinator to drive the development, maintenance, and optimization of SAP CMMS-based PM programs at the Clear Lake site. You will partner with Operations, Reliability, and SMEs to ensure work is executable, compliant, and aligned with asset criticality and reliability goals.

Responsibilities include planning and scheduling PM activities, maintaining SAP master data, tracking KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with SMRP-aligned

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with SAP or similar CMMS
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM module and PM planning
• Experience in industrial environments
• Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
• SMRP – Preventive Maintenance Optimization (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain preventive maintenance plans in SAP with accurate scope and frequency.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling with Operations to ensure asset readiness and execution compliance.
• Validate regulatory PM frequencies with SMEs and manage the PM deferral process as needed.
• Maintain SAP master data including Functional Locations and Equipment records.
• Close PM work orders with complete documentation for compliance and traceability.
• Track PM performance metrics and report findings to leadership with improvement recommendations.
