Job summary

Signature IT World Inc is seeking an experienced SAP PM training consultant to develop and deliver end-to-end training materials and run training sessions for business users across SAP PM and Asset Management processes. The role involves knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and success in client environments.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP PM experience, strong English communication, and proven ability to train end-users and manage training

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP PM experience.
• Proven experience in SAP end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Experience developing and delivering SAP training materials, user manuals, and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of Plant Maintenance and Asset Management processes.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and deliver SAP PM training materials, user manuals, and process documentation.
• Conduct end-user training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Train business users on: Technical Object Management; Functional Locations & Equipment; Maintenance Notifications; Maintenance Orders; Preventive Maintenance; Breakdown Maintenance; Work Clearance Management; Maintenance Planning & Scheduling; Asset Maintenance Reporting.
• Create training guides, quick reference cards, job aids, and end-user documentation.
• Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities from a training and adoption perspective.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams to ensure successful user adoption.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) experience
• Proven experience in SAP end-user training and knowledge transfer
