Job Description

• Contribute to the implementation and execution of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes: assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define future state and/or business solution.
• Transform detailed requirements into complete system design documents and implement in SAP.
• Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from the business unit. Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap.
• Support BU leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, collaborating with EAM architects, and advising clients on the impact of new technologies.
• Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout development/configuration.
• Maintain a strong understanding of technology needs and solutions for business units.
• Liaise between the client, vendors, project management, and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions.
• Manage engagement risk and economics, including planning, budgeting, and ensuring buy-in from business owners.
• Guide fit/gap analysis and design decisions, validating deviations with business justification.
• Provide consulting services on new implementations and support projects.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed.
• Work independently and may mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• At least 2 full cycle SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield).
• Experience with integrating SAP modules and third-party applications.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Plant/Maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Experience with SAP SM or SAP PS is a plus.
