Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading from planning to closure.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding.
• Ensure quality client service, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, lead workshops, and support testing and training.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.
• Collaborate across various SAP modules and business units.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/EAM experience.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client relationship management experience.
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience, including SAP S/4 HANA or ECC.
• SAP certifications and industry-specific experience.
