In this role, you will engage with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations. You will gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensure that newly implemented solutions meet business needs. Collaboration with technical teams for system design and delivery is essential.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions effectively.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Participate in client sessions, leading planning, execution, and closure of workstreams.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training phases.
• Stay updated on SAP Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) functionalities.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong analytical skills, ability to manage engagement economics, lead teams, and manage change are crucial. Effective communication and relationship-building are key to delivering exceptional client service.

On your engagement, you will work with stakeholders to understand needs, architect solutions, and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Research skills for emerging issues and regulations
• Willingness to travel (40-60%)

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of Asset Management principles
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams
• Understanding of industry-specific finance and technology practices
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging technologies
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Preferred qualifications

• Client relationship management experience
• Background in technology analysis and implementation
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC end-to-end implementations
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP certifications
• Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, mining, or energy sectors
• Experience with additional licensed SAP products listed in the original description
