Job summary

Ledelsea seeks an experienced SAP Plan to Make Consultant to drive configurable product flows from sales quotation through manufacturing, costing, and delivery using a single configurable material number.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP PP/MM, 5+ years VC, strong BOM/MRP/ATP knowledge, and SAP S/4HANA integrations with EWM, FI, and PLM. Travel to St. Louis, MO one week per month is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP PP, Manufacturing and MM experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP VC experience.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of configurable products and Plan-to-Make processes.
• Experience with BOM and MRP processes.
• Strong knowledge of ATP functionality.
• Experience with MTO and MTS manufacturing scenarios.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP integrations (EWM, FI, PLM).
• Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation/support projects.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Plan to Make Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and SAP Variant Configuration (VC). This role requires a consultant who can functionally understand and support complex configurable product scenarios, driving the process seamlessly from sales quotation through manufacturing, costing, and delivery using a single configurable material number.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP), Manufacturing, and Materials Management (MM) experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Variant Configuration (VC) experience.
• Strong functional understanding of configurable products and end-to-end Plan-to-Make processes.
• Extensive experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
• Strong knowledge of Available-to-Promise (ATP) functionality.
• Experience with Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) manufacturing scenarios.
• Expertise in demand management, forecasting, and Planned Independent Requirements (PIRs).
• Deep understanding of SAP Production Master Data, including:
• BOMs
• Work Centers
• Routings
• Production Versions
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations with modules such as:
• Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• Finance (FI)
• Experience integrating PLM solutions with SAP S/4HANA Production Master Data.
• Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel to St. Louis one week per month and support go-live activities at various sites as needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience conducting end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Strong experience in unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
