Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Houston seeks an experienced SAP Production Planning Lead/Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end planning and manufacturing processes across SAP PP, MM, and S/4HANA.

You will lead integration across procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment, manage stakeholders, and deliver SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions with aATP/ABC and MRP optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning.
• Strong knowledge of aATP/ATP and MRP processes.
• Proven ability to design and implement SAP PP across end-to-end manufacturing.
• Experience integrating procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Production Planning solutions.
• Configure and support: Material Master, BOM, Routings, Production Versions, Work Centers, Production Orders, Process Orders.
• Configure and optimize MRP Live and Classic MRP; Support Demand Management and Long-Term Planning.
• Optimize production scheduling and capacity planning; Support ECM.
• Integrate SAP PP with MM/SD/EWM/WM/QM/PM/TM and MES systems.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end planning and manufacturing processes.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Functional Lead/Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP/ATP), and SAP Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end planning and manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and order fulfillment.

This role requires deep business process knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions.
