Job summary

3Core Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP PEO (Production Engineering & Operations) / PLM-SI Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA PEO transformations. You will design, configure, and deploy solutions connecting PLM data with shop floor execution in Orlando, FL.

The role requires deep SAP PP/PEO expertise, PLM integrations, and MES experience in aerospace and defense. Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills are essential to map requirements and deliver compliant business

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in SAP PP, PEO, and PLM integrations.
• Experience with MES (Apriso or similar) and engineering change control.
• Background in discrete manufacturing and aerospace/defense.
• Experience with PEO BOMs, routings, snapshots, and change management.
• Experience with PEO production orders.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Solution design & configuration of BOMs, routings, work centers, and PRTs in SAP S/4HANA PEO.
• Lead integration design linking PLM with PEO and PP/DS.
• Lead business process workshops with client engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Create functional specs, configuration guides, and training materials; ensure compliance.

RoleOverview

We areseeking an experienced SAP PEO specialist to lead and support complexmanufacturing SAP transformation programs. You will design, configure, anddeploy SAP S/4HANA PEO solutions, connecting engineering design data(PLM/BOM/Routings) seamlessly with shop floor execution.

KeyResponsibilities

• SolutionDesign & Configuration: Configure and manage version-controlled Billsof Material (BOMs), shop floor routings, work centers, and PRTs (ProductionResources/Tools) within SAP S/4HANA PEO.
• Engineering-to-ManufacturingIntegration: Lead the integration design linking Product LifecycleManagement (e.g. PLM / Teamcenter / Windchill) with PEO and Production Planning(PP / PP/DS).
• Workshops& Collaboration: Lead business process workshops with clientengineering and manufacturing stakeholders to analyze requirements and map outbusiness blueprints.
• Documentation& Governance: Create functional specifications, configuration guides,support training material development, and ensure adherence to industrystandards and regulatory compliance (US Aerospace & Defense).

RequiredQualifications & Skills

• CoreModule Knowledge: Deepexpertise in SAP PP (Production Planning), PEO, and integrations with PLM.
• MESexperience: preferred (Apriso or other A&D industry equivalent). Familiaritywith engineering change records, version control schemas, shop floordispatching, and MES/Digital Manufacturing integrations.
• IndustryBackground: Hands-onbackground in discrete manufacturing, complex custom machinery, and/orAerospace & Defense industry.
• Shouldhave: good knowledge and experience in PEO BOM's ,Routings , Snapshots ,Parameter effectivity and Change Management
• Onexecution: must have good experience with PEO Production orders andClassical Production orders and relevant apps .Strong PP background preferred.
• SoftSkills: Excellentclient-facing communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving, andcross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
