Job summary

Raas Infotek seeks an SAP ECC Production Planning Consultant with extensive experience in Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, and Production Orders execution. You will drive requirements gathering, design, and configuration to support SAP PP processes and shop floor execution.

The role emphasizes reliable integration with PLM and MES systems, delivery of demos and workshops, and creation of clear documentation and test plans. This role may involve client-facing activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC PP module for production planning.
• Hands-on with BOMs, routings and work centers.
• Lifecycle of Production Orders from creation to confirmation.
• Ability to gather requirements and prepare configuration docs.
• Experience with integrating SAP with PLM or MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with process owners and stakeholders.
• Plan/build Workshop A including system demo and presentation deck.
• Configure and document SAP PP processes and data models.
• Develop process flows, authorization concepts and security setup.
• Prepare test plans for standard and custom objects; support change management.
• Create reporting artifacts and collaborate with PLM/MES integrations.

Focus on SAP ECC Production Planning Consultant who worked extensively in Work Centers, Bill of materials, Routings and Production Orders execution.

1. PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)

MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice

Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.

Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)
