Insight Global is seeking a Senior SAP US Payroll Consultant to support critical year-end payroll initiatives and ongoing production support within a complex SAP Payroll environment. You will work hands-on with SAP payroll configuration, tax updates, SAP Note analysis, and year-end processing.

Our client is seeking a Senior SAP US Payroll Consultant to support critical year-end payroll initiatives and ongoing production support activities within a complex SAP Payroll environment. This individual will be responsible for hands-on SAP Payroll configuration, troubleshooting, tax updates, SAP Note analysis, and year-end payroll processing. The consultant will work closely with Payroll, HR, SAP, and tax vendor teams to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll activities.

This is a highly hands-on role supporting a live production environment. The consultant will spend much of their time reviewing and implementing SAP Notes, making payroll configuration changes, supporting tax updates, troubleshooting payroll issues, and assisting with year-end processing activities including W-2s, tax compliance, and Canadian T4 requirements.

The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP Payroll professional who can operate independently, quickly learn existing processes, and provide production support during critical payroll periods.
