Job summary

Wakefern Food Corp. seeks a seasoned SAP OTC/SD Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support Order-to-Cash processes for Retail and Wholesale operations.

You will lead end-to-end O2C design in SAP S/4HANA, manage senior O2C experts onsite, and align with business stakeholders to deliver value. You will configure SAP SD and IS-Retail modules, ensure integration with Retail, CAR, POS, and 3PL providers, and drive rollout activities including testing and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; SAP SD/OTC certification is highly desirable.
• 10+ years in SAP O2C with 3+ years in Retail, strong knowledge of POS integration and pricing.
• Experience in wholesale and retail processes, ATP, and AI analytics usage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end O2C process design and implementation in SAP S/4HANA for Retail and Wholesale.
• Manage and mentor a team of senior O2C experts onsite and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with system integrators and AMS resources across multiple projects.
