Job summary

Deloitte pursues a SAP S/4HANA ERP specialist to contribute to finance transformation programs within the Government & Public Services GPS practice in Virginia. You will design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions and lead cross-functional workstreams across public sector accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of SAP/4HANA experience and US work authorization. A competitive Virginia compensation range applies, with eligibility for annual incentive based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2+ years of SAP/4HANA ERP experience in one or more areas: AP, AR, S/4HANA implementation, Data migration, or Interfaces.
• Experience with data migration, profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, and validation.
• Experience with SAP-to-SAP or SAP-to-third-party interfaces and testing.
• Delivery leadership and workstream coordination in cross-functional settings.

Work You’ll Do

On our Technical Transformation team within Enterprise Performance, you will be responsible for:

• Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions
• Contribute to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance process transformation activities within SAP-enabled programs
• Assist with data migration activities, including profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, and validation
• Support integration activities across SAP and third-party systems, including interface design coordination and testing
• Participate in workshops, requirements gathering, design reviews, and cross-functional project delivery activities

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• 2+ years of experience with SAP/4HANA ERP in 1 or more of the following areas;
  • SAP Accounts Payable: Invoicing, payment runs, treasury confirmation, configuration, and interfaces
  • SAP Accounts Receivable: Invoicing, collections, configuration, and interfaces
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation: Requirements, solution design, configuration, build, testing, and deployment support
  • Data migration: Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, conversion, validation, and SAP BODS
  • Integration: SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-third-party interfaces, technical solution design, and interface testing
  • Workshops and stakeholder engagement: Design validation, requirements gathering, cross-functional alignment, and solution reviews
  • Delivery leadership: Workstream coordination, technical oversight, testing, and issue resolution

Preferred:

• Experience supporting government or public sector clients
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programs
• Experience with SAP-to-SAP or SAP-to-third-party interfaces
• Experience with testing, defect management, or deployment support activities
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA or an SAP finance module

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
