JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAPNS2 is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill the role of Senior Functional Consultant in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate works well with a team and has the desire and aptitude to learn new software, cloud applications, and information technology concepts.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and the stakeholders.
• Design and develop new functions or improve existing ones.
• Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience.
• Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities.
• Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files.
• Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure that they meet stated requirements.
• Provide technical support to end users and help them troubleshoot issues with software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working as part of a team as a consultant.
• Prior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications, e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Education:

Required undergraduate university degree, or equivalent training and job experience.

Compensation Range Transparency: The targeted combined range for this position is 107300 - 230600 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon key aspects such as education, skills, experience, and location.
