Job summary

TOTO USA, Inc. seeks an SAP MM Business Process Analyst to serve as the primary SME for MM, inventory, and warehouse processes in Fairburn, GA. The role collaborates with Operations, Procurement, Finance and IT to maintain accuracy and facilitate improvements.

Responsibilities include supporting MM/SD/WM/EWM integrations, conducting root-cause analyses, and developing procedures, KPIs and dashboards for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years supporting SAP S/4HANA MM, inventory and related processes.
• Experience reconciling SAP with 3PL warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and super user for SAP MM, guiding inventory and purchasing processes.
• Support cross-module integrations across MM, SD, WM/EWM, and 3PL.
• Monitor inventory and 3PL transactions; analyze discrepancies and coordinate fixes.
• Evaluate processes; support enhancements, testing, upgrades and new implementations.
• Develop SAP procedures, dashboards, and user documentation for consistency.
