Job summary

Toto USA in Fairburn, GA seeks an SAP MM Business Process Analyst to act as the primary SME for SAP S/4HANA MM, supporting inventory, purchasing, and warehouse processes. You will work with Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and 3PL to ensure transaction accuracy and enable continuous improvements.

The role requires strong SAP MM and SD knowledge, excellent Excel/data analysis skills, and experience coordinating across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Logistics, or related.
• Five+ years supporting SAP S/4HANA MM, inventory management, and related processes.
• Experience reconciling inventory and transactions between SAP and 3PL warehouse operations.
• Experience collaborating with Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Finance, IT, and external logistics providers.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and financial reconciliation; experience with Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business SME and super user for SAP S/4HANA MM across inventory, purchasing, and warehouse processes.
• Support integration points across MM, SD, WM/EWM, fulfillment, and 3PL processes; handle orders, goods issues/receipts, and stock movements.
• Monitor and reconcile inventory and order transactions between SAP and 3PL operations; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Evaluate SAP and operational processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and controls; support enhancements and new implementations.
• Develop and maintain SAP procedures, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and user documentation; provide training and guidance to users.
