Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking an S/4HANA Logistics & Warehousing Business SME to lead global logistics, warehousing, and trade compliance in an SAP S/4HANA deployment. You will act as the primary business lead, partnering with regional teams, IT, and vendors to align processes with global standards while driving efficiency and risk mitigation.

You will design, test, and deploy future-state solutions, enable uptake across sites, and manage change initiatives to ensure sustained

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in global logistics, warehousing, or trade compliance in a complex supply chain.
• Hands-on SAP/S4HANA experience and ERP implementation exposure.
• Experience with TMS, WMS/LWM, track & trace and trade compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions for logistics, warehousing, and trade compliance within S/4HANA.
• Ensure global standards are executable regionally and across sites.
• Support deployment, testing, cutover, and post go‑live stabilization.
• Partner with IT and SI teams to align designs with business needs.
• Drive change management and user adoption across functions.
