Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a highly experienced SAP MM/WM Consultant to lead large-scale supply chain transformations for healthcare distribution. The role centers on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder communications, and independent project ownership across procurement, warehouse, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of SAP MM/WM experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive workshops and deliver solutions with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years SAP MM and WM implementation/support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, WM and EWM.
  • Procurement, Inventory Management and Warehouse processes expertise.

  • Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP MM/WM implementations, rollouts, support and enhancements.
  • Drive project discussions with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Act as solution owner for SAP MM/WM initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and ABAP/development for custom needs.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover, and production support activities.
  • Mentor team members and drive process improvements in warehouse operations.
