TSP - The Silicon Partners Inc is seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Lead/Solution Architect for S/4HANA implementations in the US. The candidate will lead the design and delivery of MM solutions, including SAP RISE Private Cloud deployments, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

This role requires conducting workshops, shaping solution design, and mentoring delivery teams to ensure quality and on‑time delivery, with up to 50% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 15+ years SAP MM experience with at least 2–3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation cycles.
• Strong experience with SAP RISE (Private Cloud) environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP MM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Invoicing).
• Experience integrating MM with other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI).
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect SAP MM solutions on S/4HANA (including RISE Private Cloud deployments).
• Manage and deliver multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP MM modules, including integration with other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI, etc.).
• Provide expert guidance on SAP RISE Private Cloud and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and end-user training.
• Act as a mentor to project delivery teams, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Support pre-sales and proposal activities as needed.
