Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an SAP MM Subject Matter Expert to analyze procurement, materials management, and supply-chain processes for U.S. government engagements.

The role requires 10+ years of SAP MM experience, ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must be able to work in Washington DC or San Diego, with potential for security clearance and deployment to related contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP MM functional experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in SAP MM Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional designs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ability to work in a structured government environment.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, if allowed by the contract.

Preferred Location: Washington DC or San Diego, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP MM Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Analyze procurement, materials management, inventory, and supply-chain processes.
• Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and design SAP MM solutions.
• Support/configure:
• Purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Goods receipt and invoice processes
• Inventory and stock movements
• Material transfers, returns, and adjustments
• Warehouse and storage locations
• Valuation and account determination
• Work with SAP FI/CO, PM, PS, and other modules for integrations.
• Support interfaces between SAP/Navy ERP and external systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and documentation.
• Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot defects and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP MM functional experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in SAP MM Procurement and Inventory Management.
