Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an senior SAP consultant with 10+ years in MM/Logistics and S4 HANA Procure to Pay. The role requires API automation exposure, EDI/Idocs, and experience with 3PL integrations in complex ECC projects.

You will lead design, configuration, testing, and client-facing delivery, including brownfield deployments and cross-functional MM/SD workstreams across inbound/outbound processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience in MM/Logistics and MM modules with inbound/outbound processing.
• Mandatory API-based automation experience in SAP.
• Certified in SAP S4 HANA Procure to-Pay.
• 4+ years in S4 HANA Brownfield implementations.
• Expert in EDI/Idocs with 3rd party interfaces.
• Experience in consignment, subcontracting, STO in SAP.
• Delivery enhancements via user exits/BADIs.
• Design and configuration in LE modules: inbound/outbound, collective delivery, returns.
• Strong MM/SD cross-functional knowledge; integration with non-SAP systems.
• RICEF development experience; testing strategies; lead consultant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/Logistics implementations and end-to-end testing.
• Translate business requirements into system designs and configurations.
• Coordinate integrations with SAP and external systems; work with OEM/3PL.
• Handle ECC rollouts and implementation projects; provide client-facing leadership.

• Experience in API based automation in SAP is mandatory for this role .
• Must be certified in SAP S4 HANA Procure to-Pay
• Must have 4+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA Brownfield implementation projects.
• Expert knowledge in EDI/Idocs and work experience in 3rd party interfaces with SAP.
• Project experience in handling Consignment and Subcontracting special procurement processes, STO, functionalities in SAP
• Have worked in delivery enhancements using user exit /BADIs
• Must have design and configuration experience in LE module: Inbound/outbound process ,collective delivery processing and return process. .
• Detailed knowledge in MM & SD cross functional areas.
• Must have Integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems /internal legacy systems.
• Integration experience with SAP and OEM/ 3PL preferred .
• Must have worked on RICEF objects .
• Demonstrates strong knowledge. application of testing strategies and methodologies. Should have experience in executing unit, integration and end to end testing .
• Worked in Customer facing environment as a Lead Consultant.
• Must have worked atleast 5+ years of exeprience in ECC Roll out and implementation projects
• Proven ability to translate business requirements, processes and designs into well documented system designs .
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms .
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 a year
