We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Lead Consultant with a strong background in S4 HANA to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the materials management processes within the S4 HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of configurable materials functionality and the ability to lead projects from conception through to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions in S4 HANA.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of materials management processes.
• Provide expert guidance on configurable materials functionality and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Support testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform IT cutover activities such as maintenance of master data, IDOC partner profile settings, Batch job scheduling .etc
• Identify and resolve issues related to materials management processes and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP MM trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP MM configuration within S4 HANA.
• Experience in handling SAP ECC to S4 HANA migration projects
• Strong knowledge of configurable materials functionality.
• Experience in leading SAP MM implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP).
• Experience on SAP PP would be added advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and its applications in materials management.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in SAP MM consulting, with a focus on S4 HANA.
• Relevant SAP certifications in MM and S4 HANA are a plus.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting environment.
